Framing Timescales

Our waiting time for non-urgent work is usually between 2-3 weeks dependent on how much work we have booked in at any one time.

However, if you do need something urgently or for a specific date or event, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will endeavour to be flexible.

When an order is placed, each customer is given a collection date. This will be written at the top of your pink ticket & also given to you verbally at the time you place your order.

If you later realise that you need the item earlier, please ring to let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to be flexible and can normally accommodate within reason but please understand that sometimes this may not be possible if we have promised others before you. We would obviously have to honour that agreement first.

In the event of your item being delayed beyond the collection date, we will let you know as soon as possible and work out between us the best way forward.
