NEWS - HOLIDAY DATES 2010

The Framer will be away from Sat 14 - Wed 18 August (inclusive)

Please note that shop will be open and orders taken as normal during this time but the framing service will be unavailable.

Shop closed for one week Sat 20 - Mon 29 March (inclusive)

During this period the shop will be completely closed to the public.

NOTE THAT WE ALSO SHUT FOR THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD AND GOOD FRIDAY

Last Framing orders before we go for very urgent work only, will be Saturday 13 March.

A well earned holiday is upon us! We are only shut for a week, so it won't affect our normal collection dates too much and we hope our holiday doesn't cause you too much inconvenience. We usually take a week around March time and a week around September time.

Customers are informed at time of order placed of our closure dates. If you have a collection date of Friday 19 March, we are open as normal on that day (10am to 5.30pm - lunch 1-1.30). We will close promptly at 5.30pm for our holiday.

Therefore, if you miss that date you will not be able to collect your work until we return from holiday. We always ring to remind our customers that we will be closed and if you should not be able to make the 19 March date and you require your work urgently before that, you will need to let us know in plenty of time. We will always do our best to get it done within reason.

Although, the premises will be fully looked after 24 hours a day whilst we are away, the shop will be closed and your work will not be kept on site for security and insurance reasons. This means the people staying on site, will not be able to help you either with collections or orders and do not have access to the shop area.
