News - we're on the move!

Yes, we've finally found our perfect location!

We are extremely happy to be announcing our moving news at long last! After searching for so long we think we’ve found the perfect place … and the best thing is, it’s almost under our noses 5 mins drive from our current shop! We hope that makes it easy for you to come with us!

Oh yes, you’ll want to know where … we’ll be joining the boys and girls at the site of the Chelvey Designer Makers (details at the end). It’s so easy to find and such a stunning spot, with far reaching country views.

We won’t be going until September time though, as the workshop is still to be built! That’s the best bit for us, we get to design our inside layout from scratch!

Our plan is to really focus on the picture framing and the framing workshop will be open plan so that customers can see us at work. More news to follow and we’ll keep you updated as we go.

We’re jumping for joy to be joining such a skilled set of crafts people, it’s a hub of creativity and great customer parking. Some hand crafted wood furniture has recently been completed by the Makers for Jamie Oliver’s new Italian in Bristol! So, we’re in good company!

Note: you can visit the Makers by appointment only. Of course, when we move in, you can come and see us anytime during opening hours as normal!

Directions:
From our shop in Cleeve: follow the A370 towards Bristol, past the Brockley Farm Shop, at the traffic lights, turn left onto Brockley Lane, follow for ½ a mile, Chelvey Designer Makers can be found on your right, past Chelvey Kennels.

From Bristol: follow the A370 straight through Backwell towards Weston Super Mare, as you come out of Backwell, you will come to set of crossroads traffic lights set in a dip, take a right turn down Brockley Lane (if you’ve taken the Airport Rd, you’ve gone the wrong way!), Chelvey Designer Makers site is on your right past Chelvey Kennels.

It's a new and exciting chaper in our 7 year history and we hope that you will continue to use us for all your framing needs both here and in our new location in the future.
